28th June. Long drive, walled city and Novotel.

28th June Went for a swim and had spagbol for dinner We had to leave Roscanvel today. To have another long drive to St Malo, 250km. (My dad says this is most and longest drives that w have ever had to do in ages). That was just for a break then we drove to Mont St Michel. It's a walled city. We had to find a hotel before it was dark so we couldn't go and look around in it. So we got back on the road and drove to Caen, I think that's where allied forces stormed the beach in World War 2 to attack the Germans. We end up finding a hotel called Novotel, and not ending up sleeping in the car, like hippies would do or something. We went for a swim before we had dinner. I had pesto pasta, it was yumm-ie!! With chips on the side. We had to go to bed after that. We actually went to bed at like 12pm. SO TIRED. i don't think I have adjusted to the time zone yet. Still have jet lag...
